Very dull knives might have to be pulled through more than once.
3) If you believe that the blade has reached the desired sharpness, test it on a
piece of cutting matter.
Be sure to clean the blade again before you might possibly re-sharpen it.
4) To re-sharpen the blade, pull it once more through the slit of sharpening base

5) If you are satisfied with the result, turn the appliance off on the On/Off
switch
6) Clean the blade thoroughly before you use the knife again, in order to
remove potential grinding residues such as metal dust or chips.
