In the case of a fault, disconnect the device briefly from the mains. The process
must then be restarted from the beginning.
Help:
Fault
Display is not lit up.
The display will show "error", or stop
at "0".

Possible cause
• The display unit is not switched on.
• The mains supply connection has
been interrupted (mains cable not
plugged in/faulty).
• Power supply interrupted.
• Unit is not connected to balance
• Incorrect settings for weighing scale
interface
(Check baud and cont settings)
• Electromagnetic fields / static
charging (choose different
location/switch off interfering device if
possible)
