Explanation of the buttons
On/off button (
The device is switched on and off using the on/off button (press
and hold for at least 2 seconds).
When first switched on, the device is in automatic mode.
By pushing the button briefly, you can choose between the fol-
lowing modes:
| Continuity testing
| Diode test
| Capacitance measurement
| Frequency measurement
| Pulse-duty factor
| Automatic mode
Memory log button (H)
Press this button to store the actual measurement value and to
show it in the display.
This is indicated by "HOLD" in the display.
Press the button again to return to the measurement function.
Light button (☼)
Pressing the button briefly turns the background lighting on or
off.
A longer press (around 2 seconds) turns the flashlight on or off.
