8.2 Haftung
AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH ist als
Hersteller des c-max aviation nicht verant-
wortlich für eventuell auftretende Schä-
den, wenn:
» c-max aviation unsachgemäß gehand-
habt wurde.
» Reparaturen, Montagen oder andere Ar-
beiten von nicht autorisierten Personen
durchgeführt wurden.
» c-max aviation nicht entsprechend der
Bedienungsanleitung genutzt wurde.
» fremde Teile angebaut bzw. mit dem c-
max aviation verbunden wurden.
» Teile des c-max aviation abmontiert wur-
den.
» c-max aviation über das zulässige
Gesamtgewicht
Personengewicht
wurde.
» c-max aviation nicht regelmäßig (in
2-jährigem Turnus) vom Hersteller,
AAT-Außendienst oder einem auto-
risierten Fachhändler gewartet wurde.
» Minderjährige den c-max aviation ohne
Aufsicht betreiben (ausgenommen Ju-
gendliche ab 16 Jahre, die unter Auf-
sicht ausgebildet wurden).
» c-max aviation mit ungenügender Akku-
Ladung betrieben wurde.

manufacturer
Antriebstechnik GmbH, is neither liable
nor responsible for potential damage of the
c-max aviation in case of:
» improper handling of the c-max aviation.
» repairs,
fittings
performed on the c-max aviation by
unauthorized personnel.
» operation not in accordance with the
user manual.
» extraneous parts added or connected to
the c-max aviation.
» parts removed from the c-max aviation.
» operation exceeding the total weight ap-
proved or the max. weight approved of
the occupant.
» The c-max aviation is not serviced by the
manufacturer or your authorized dealer
every two years.
» persons under age use the c-max aviation
(except for those by minor of 16 and
above only under supervision).
» operation of the c-max aviation with
insufficiently charged batteries.
