Adjust the flash delay

You can adjust the flash delay by setting up a time or the phase angle. Use the "SET" key to
select the desired mode.
Set up a delay time
Select the Mode "Delay Time", to set the delay time for the flashes. Now you can use the "Up"
and "Down" keys to set up a time. You can choose values between 0 ... 359 ms.
Please mind that the internal calculation time of the device is 60 ms. This
ATTENTION:
means that the actual delay time lays 60 ms above the time which you set
before.
If the delay time is higher than the duration of the period of the external
ATTENTION:
trigger signal, the delay time is ignored and the delay is 0 ms.
Set up a delay angle
Select the mode "Delay Deg", to set up a flash delay angle. Use the "Up" and "Down" keys to
set up the delay angle in °. You can choose values between 0 ... 360°.
The actual delay can be calculated:
[Delay angle / 360° * duration of period of the external trigger signal] + 60 ms

Change the unit

You can change the unit by pressing the "Hz" key. The following units are available:
 Hz [1/s]
 FPM [1/min]
4.3 Settings
Press the "MODE" key until the display shows "P" to get to the settings menu. Now you can
switch between the different settings by pressing the "SET" key. After you adjusted a setting,
press the "MODE" key to save the changes and to return to normal measuring mode.
4.3.1 Trigger edge settings
If you are in the settings menu, press the "SET" key until "TriggerEdge" appears on the display.
Here you can choose if the leading edge or the trailing edge of the signal pulse of the external
trigger signal shall trigger the flash.
Press the "Up" or "Down" key to switch between the leading edge or the trailing edge.
