3.3. Pleul auswechseln

Demontage

Gehäuse öffnen (siehe
Kompressor ausbauen (siehe
Membrane ausbauen (siehe
Lösen Sie die Mutter (3) und nehmen Sie den
Kondensator (7) ab.
Ziehen Sie die Abdeckung (5) vorsichtig ab.
Lösen Sie mit einem Inbusschlüssel (3mm) den Klemm-
bolzen (4). Das Schlüsselloch ist durch die Bohrung (1)
zugänglich.
Ziehen Sie das Pleul (6) von der Motorache ab.

Montage

Montieren Sie das Pleul sinngemäß in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge wie Sie es demontiert haben. Schieben Sie
dabei das Pleul soweit auf die Motorachse, dass sich die
Pleuelstange exakt zentrisch zur Bohrung (8) befindet.

3.3. Exchange Piston

Disassembly

Open housing (see
Disassemble compressor (see
Disassemble membrane (see
Loosen the nut (3) and remove the capacitor (7).
Pull out the cover (5) carefully.
Loosen with a hex key (3mm) to the clamp bolt (4). The
keyhole is accessible by the bore (1).
Pull the Piston (6) out of the motor axis.

Assembly

Mount the piston in reverse order as you have dismantled
it. Push the piston as far on the axis, that the piston rod is
exactly centered to the hole (8).
