Preparation:
1. Stir together
mayonnaise, salt, pepper and herbs of
Provence to make a paste.
2. Spread the paste onto the slices of
bread.
3. Wash, dry and thinly slice the tomatoes.
4. Fill one of the ready-spread bread slices

cheese.
