Example:
An offset of 500 V is set by the potentiometer and a sinusoidal signal with ±1 V @10 Hz is present
at the modulation input "Signal in".
The output signal is a sine function with ±100 V amplitude which oscillates around 500 V.
"Display"
The LE 1000/035 has an LC-display and two LED's.
The four digit display shows the offset voltage selected via the potentiometer. The display is not
able to show the correct voltage at high frequencies. In the case of high frequencies an average
value is shown.
Meaning of the LED's:
The green LED indicates that the LE 1000/035 is ready and the voltage is present at
HV:
the D-SUB plug.
IL:
The red LED lights up after an automated switching off the high voltage output.
Reasons might be an overheating of the electronics, an overload of the amplifier
output at excess current or a too high modulation frequency. The display shows 0 V,
the amplifier generates no voltage.
For resetting the high voltage output please switch of the amplifier and switch it back
on after five seconds.
„Output"
The output voltage is available at the D/SUB 5W1 plug.

8.1 General
The analog power amplifier LE 1000/035 is special designed for the use with Piezocomposite
Actuators from piezosystem jena or other capacitive loads for high dynamics.
The LE 1000/035 can be used together with all loads which are able to withstand at least +1000 V.
