Immerse the electrode in the pH 5.00 buffer
solution (4).
After two minutes, careful turn the „pH 5/9"
adjustment knob (5) until the display indicates the
value 5.00.
Rinse the electrode briefly and shake off excess
water (6).
In case of uncertainties during the calibration
process, such as the display of the electrode adjusts
itself only very slowly or the knob has to be heavily
turned, please repeat the calibration process.
The pH controller is now calibrated and can be
used for measurements in an acidic (pH 6.00) or an
alkaline (pH 8.00) range. If a „pH9" buffer solution is
available, the calibration can be carried out by using
the „pH 5/9" adjustment knob. Other buffer solutions,
such as pH 4 or pH 9, can be used instead.
The calibration solutions can be used several times
(about three to ten times), depending on the degree
of soiling of the electrode during the calibration
process.

5,00 (4).
Après 2 min, tournez lentement le bouton
d'étalonnage „ pH 5/9 " jusqu'à ce que l'affichage
indique 5,00 (5).
Rincez brièvement l'électrode à l'eau distillée ou
osmosée puis égouttez (6).
En cas d'incertitudes lors de l'étalonnage , par ex.
si l'électrode est trop longue à étalonner ou si le
bouton d'étalonnage doit être fortement déréglé,
veuillez réitérer l'étalonnage.
Le contrôleur pH est étalonné et sa mesure
utilisable dans le domaine acide (pH 6,00) ou alcalin
(pH 8,00).Si une solution étalon pH 9,00 est à
disposition, l'étalonnage peut être entrepris comme
pour l'étalon pH 5,00 (bouton 5/9). D'autres solutions
étalons peuvent encore être utilisées comme par ex.
pH 4,00.
Les solutions étalons sont plusieurs fois réutilisables,
ceci en fonction de l'encrassement de l'électrode
lors de l'étalonnage (env. 3 à 10 fois).
