Account name - How the account will
appear in the list of accounts in your
E
-mail folder.
Once the account is set up, it will
appear in the accounts list in your
Email folder.
Microsoft Exchange e-mail
account
E-mail address – Enter the account
email address.
Server address – Enter the email
server address.
Domain – Enter the account domain.
User name - Enter the account user
name.
Password - Enter the account
password.
Sync items - Choose whether to use
Sync items (Contacts, Schedules,
Tasks).

Retrieving your e-mails

You can automatically or manually
check your account for new emails. To
check manually:
1 Touch E-mail.
2 Touch the account you want
to use.
3 Choose Retrieve new.
Sending an e-mail using your
new account
1 Touch Write e-mail and a new
email will open.
2 Complete the message.
3 Touch Send e-mail and your email
will be sent.

Changing your e-mail settings

1 Touch E-mail in the
Communications tab.
and select
2 Touch
settings, then you can change the
following settings:
E-mail account - Select an email
account
Allow reply e-mail - Choose
to allow the sending of read
confirmation messages.
Request reply e-mail - Choose
whether to request read
confirmation messages.
Include original message - Choose
to include the original message in
your reply.
Include attachment - Choose to
include the original attachment in
any reply.
