4.1 Attaching nozzles

ATTENTION:
Use only intact nozzles
attachments. Otherwise, surfaces might be
damaged.
1. Attach the desired nozzle by pushing it
firmly onto the suction head (Fig. 4). You
must feel and hear the fasteners snap
shut.

Vii nozzle (Fig. 4/1): for cleaning larger
areas as well well as in corners or along
edges.
Crevice nozzle (Fig. 4/2): For vacuuming
spots difficult to reach.
Furniture brush (Fig. 4/3): For cleaning
delicate surfaces. It can only be used in
combination with the crevice nozzle. To use it,
simply push it onto the crevice nozzle (Fig. 4/
2,3).
Upholstery nozzle
vacuuming upholstered furniture.
NOTE:
The nozzles are designed so that they can
only be attached in the correct position So
do not use excess force when attaching
them.

If necessary, remove the nozzle by firmly
pulling it off.

4.2 Switching on and off

1. To switch the hand-held vacuum cleaner
on or off, press the on/off switch ("

4.3 Charging the batteries

ATTENTION:
Take care to fully charge and then fully
discharge the batteries. After the initial
charging (for approx. 16 hours), subsequent
chargings take approx. 12 hours. Avoid
charging for more than 16 hours. This
reduces the batteries' service life.
1. Briefly switch on the appliance to check if
the batteries need charging.
2. Make sure that the appliance is switched
off and cannot be switched on by accident.
NOTE:
The appliance cannot be charged when
switched on.
3. Set the hand-held vacuum cleaner into the
charging station (Fig. 3/1) or connect the
AC adapter directly to the socket on the
appliance's handle
charging indicator must light up.
4. Charge the batteries for approx. 12 hours.
The charging indicator light (Fig. 3/2) will
go out as soon as the batteries are fully
charged.
