Cause
1. Shutter locked with one or
two padlocks

in guide frame
3. Coding of breaker and
guide frame do not match
1. Breaker not pushed right
in, lateral latches not yet
engaged (Attention: danger
of destruction)

completely closed
3. Crank hole closed by pad-

Remedy
Remove padlocks
Crank the mechanism into
