5.3 RS 232 serial interface cable
Connect data-logger to a PC using the RS 232 serial interface
cable.
Using the software package:
- the data-logger can be set up.
- Data stored in the data-logger can be transmitted to a PC and
then evaluated.
Attention:
- Make sure that the RS 232 plug is correctly connected to the
data-logger and screwed tight. If this is not done correctly
problems in data transmission from the data-logger to the PC
could occur.
- The batteries are discharged faster when the serial link is
connected. Remove the cable when not in use or use the
external power version.
