Telephoning

Accepting / ending a telephone call

When a call comes in, the telephone number and name of the caller (if an entry exists
in the telephone directory) is shown on the display, as long as the transmission of the
call number is available at your connection.
When the telephone rings, pick up the receiver or press the key to accept the call in
hands-free mode. To end the call, replace the receiver.
If you want to change to hands-free mode during the call, press the key
speaker symbol can be seen on the display at the top right. Now replace the receiver
(only when the receiver is replaced is the loudspeaker switched on). To deactivate the
hands-free mode and continue the conversation using the receiver, first pick up the
receiver and then press the key

Dialling

You can dial a number with the receiver picked up or in place.

To dial a number, you have the options that follow:
Enter the number using the numeric keys - the number is dialled directly. Using this
method of dialling, no alteration to the number can be made.
Press one of the direct-dial keys M1 ... M4 (Note: You must have previously
programmed a number on the direct-dial key).
Press the quick-dial key
memory location (Note: You must have previously programmed a number
at this memory location).
Press the key
