3.4 Graph
This function is used to record, display and save heating curves. The opera-
ting panel on the heating block is also displayed on the screen (temperature,
time and keyboard). The heating program required can be selected via the
NANOCOLOR
®
T-Set software with the symbol key icons or directly at the hea-
ting block. The program is started via the
curve is displayed on the screen and can be saved at any required instant of time
by pressing the "Save" button. The heating curve is automatically formatted. The
temperature is displayed on the vertical axis and the time on the horizontal axis.
The two horizontal lines that can be seen after starting the recording of a heating
curve, show the permissible range of temperature, ± 2 °C.
Yellow vertical lines show the start and end of the heating process. The timer
starts as soon as the temperature has reached the programmed value ± 2 °C.
The "Open" button is used to call up temperature curves that have previously
been saved. When a saved file is opened, the "Offline mode" is initiated. In order
to continue the measurements and to close the opened heating curve, this option
must be deactivated.
After selecting the "Report" button, a recorded heating curve can be edited (input
of details, e.g. title, commentaries, etc.). When the "Report" button is pressed, the
NANOCOLOR
T-Set software creates a protocol of the recorded heating curve
®
together with all information that has been input, which can then be saved and/
or printed.
3.5 Test
After completing the run of a test program, the test data measured by the
NANOCOLOR
®
USB-T-Set and saved in the heating block, can be read out,
displayed and edited.
