terms of guarantee
the manufacturer must be informed immediately after the damage had been proved and within 12 month
after delivery to the end consumer if a damage at an appliance which was used in the right way occurs
and a factory defect has been proved.
In this case the manufacturer will mend the appliance free of charge on the terms as follows:
The right to claim something under guarantee does not arise if only a slight discrepancy between the
"should" quality, which is not important for the value and the use of the appliance as well as damage
which occurs from not normal environmental influence.
The repair of the from us accepted defects during the guarantee period will be made through mending of
the defect parts after our choice free of charge or through changing of parts without defects.
Appliances for which a removal of the defects is claimed must be packed properly and returned with the
receipt of the purchase price to the manufacturer.
Replaced parts are the ownership of the manufacturer. The right to claim something under guarantee
is not transferable and expires when a third person mends the appliance. It is independent whether the
complaint is based on it or not. Guarantee performances do neither cause an extension of the guarantee
period nor will there be a new guarantee period. The guarantee period for assembled spare parts expires
at the same time as the guarantee period of the entire appliance.
Is it not possible to remove the defect or is the rework refused or will be delayed unreasonably, on
desire the end consumer can get a replacement free of charge if the appliance has not been bought or
delivered for more than 6 months or a reduced amount ca be paid back or return the appliance against
reimbursement of the purchase price.
Further claims especially such one occurred out of the appliance are excluded, expect that a liability is
compellingly laid down by law.
