WARRAnTY ConDITIonS

SportPlus assures that the product to which the warranty form applies is
manufactured from the highest quality material and has been checked with the
utmost care. If, however, under normal conditions of use and maintenance, defects
should occur within the warranty period mentioned hereafter, we shall assess the
fault and make good the defects free of charge.
All products include an implied warranty for two years. The warranty starts on
the date of purchase. If your purchased product is defective, please consult our
customer service team within  months (starting with the date of the purchase).
The implied warranty does not apply if:
• Defects arise due to external raw acts of violence.
• The product is adapted, repaired or altered in any way by unauthorized or
untrained personnel.
• The instructions mentioned in the user instructions are not followed.
• The warranty conditions above are not being fulfilled.
• Defects arise due to incorrect use, maintenance, neglect or accidents.
• Also, the warranty does not apply to wear and consumable items.
The product is intended only for domestic use. The warranty does not extend to
equipment that has been used in a professional environment.
