INNOVATIVE ORBITAL SOLUTIONS
- 2 independent gas line. Each line is composed of:

1 inlet fitting

Possibility to program a delay wire start, delay wire stop and a wire retract at the end of
welding.
- Auxiliary connector:

Possibility to start welding via an oxygen meter (dry contact).

Manual torch: command trigger connection (start and stop functions only). LIFT possible.
- Cooling system connector: for cooling unit SCOOL-700 only. The SCOOL-700 must be connected to
a SAXX-200 to work (no autonomous functioning)
o Max. pressure : 5 bars
o Cooling power according to norm CEI60974-2: 0,7 kW.
o Liquid fittings : Female shut-off fitting of serie 21
o Coolant : Do not use water but only AXXAIR coolant
o Tank capacity : 1,2 liters maximum /
o Maximum flow : 2,2 liters/minute
o Flow security : < 0,6 l/min
- Wifi: remote control of the touch screen with a smartphone or a tablet via app « Proface remote HMI ».
o Range: 20 to 30m but obstacles can highly reduce this value. Presence of other wifi network
can also highly reduce this value or even make it impossible to use.

Displayed flow is adapted in function of selected gas in order to have a precise value
in all cases.
Measure accuracy :

N2 and Ar : +/- 1,5 l/min

He and mixed gas: +/-2l/min up to 20l/min and +/-10% above.
