3.4.1 LEDs status

If the yellow and green LEDs do not light up, the bat-
tery voltage is below 1 V (12 V battery) or below 2 V
(24 V battery). Battery charging does not take place
in this condition, because the polarity of the battery
connections cannot be checked.
