Mini pie maker Use instructions
Parts of the Quiche Maker can become very hot. Use pot holders or oven mitts to prevent burns.
Risk of injury.
- Open the Quiche Maker and carefully add batter to the quiche moulds (6) using a spoon or a piping
bag. The fill level varies by the batter being used. Do not fill batter pas the top edge of the quiches
moulds (6).
The green indicator light (2) will be lit during the baking cycle whilst the baking temperature is within
the optimal range. If the temperature drops too much, the green indicator light (2) will extinguish and
the Quiche Maker) will reheat.
- Bake the quiches to your preferences. The baking time varies between approx. 6 to 8 minutes.
Depending on the batter being used and your preferences, the baking time may be a bit shorter or
longer. Briefly lift the cover (3) after at least 2 minutes to check doneness. Lifting the cover (3) so-
oner may result in the biscuits breaking open. Only hold the cover (3) by the handle (4), where the
temperature is lowest.
- Once you are happy with the baking results, remove the finished quiches from the open Quiche
Maker by lifting them out of the biscuits moulds (6) using e.g. a wooden fork or wood pick. Never use
metal objects to remove the biscuits to prevent damaging the quiches moulds (6).
- Allow the quiches to cool off before continuing to work with them.
- If you no longer wish to use the Quiche Maker, unplug from the socket and allow the Quiche Maker
to cool off completely.
- Clean the Quiche Maker as described in chapter "Cleaning".
Maintenance
Maintenance is required if the Quiche Maker is damaged, liquids or objects have entered the hou-
sing, the Quiche Maker was exposed to rain or moisture, or if the Quiche Maker is not working pro-
perly or fell. If you notice smoke, unusual noises or odour, immediately shut off the Quiche Maker
and unplug from the socket. In these cases discontinue using the Quiche Maker until it has been
inspected by an expert. Any maintenance must be performed by skilled professionals. Never open
the housing of the Quiche Maker.
Cleaning
Unplug from the mains socket before cleaning, risk of electric shock!
Allow the Quiche Maker to cool off. Risk of burns!
Never immerse the Quiche Maker in water!
Do not clean the Biscuit Maker (A) with cleaners or solvents. This will prevent damaging the Quiche
Maker and cleaning residue in the next batch of biscuits. Proceed as follows:
- After using the Quiche Maker first clean the baking surfaces (5) and donut moulds (6) with a dry
paper towel to remove grease residue.
- Next clean all surfaces and the power cable with a slightly dampened dishcloth.
- Dry the Quiche Maker and all accessories well before using again.
Storage during non-use
When the Quiche Maker is not being used it can easily be stored by wrapping the power cord around
the rear foot and storing the Quiche Maker vertically to save space.
