WARRANTY
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The Fluval AquaVac+ is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship under
normal aquarium usage and service for 2 years. We reserve the right to repair or replace at
our option. This warranty does not cover any damages to the unit, livestock
or personal property due to leaking batteries. This warranty does not apply to any unit that
has been subjected to misuse, negligence or tampering or commercial use. No liability is
assumed with respect to loss or damage to livestock or personal property irrespective of the
cause thereof. This does not affect your statutory rights.
FOR AUTHORIZED WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE:
For Authorized Warranty Service please return (well packaged and by registered post) to
the address below enclosing dated receipt and reason for return. If you have any queries
or comments about the operation of this product, please let us try to help you before you
return the product to your retailer. Most queries can be handled promptly with a phone call.
When you call (or write), please have all relevant information such as model number, age of
product, details of aquarium set-up, as well as the nature of the problem.

Anleitungen
Reinigung des Filtereinsatzes:
1) Ziehen Sie den Filtereinsatz heraus und
entfernen Sie die Endkappen von beiden Seiten
des Einsatzes.
2) Nehmen Sie den Schaumstoffeinsatz heraus
und erneuern Sie ihn.
- Spülen Sie den Einsatz unter fließendem
Wasser gründlich ab, um die Verunreinigungen
zu entfernen.
- Setzen Sie die Endkappen wieder auf den
Filtereinsatz und setzen Sie den Filtereinsatz
zurück in die Einheit.
FÜR EINE INTENSIVERE REINIGUNG VER-
WENDEN SIE FILTERVLIES ANSTELLE DES
SCHAUMSTOFFEINSATZES (FÜR EIN ODER
ZWEI ANWENDUNGEN EMPFOHLEN)

3) Falten Sie den Einsatz an dem mittleren Falz.
Halten Sie den Einsatz dann über beide Enden
und schieben ihn vorsichtig in die Patrone.
