6.3 Welding settings

1. By pressing the ON/OFF switch (Pos.01) the device turns on.
 When the device turns on all LED diodes and both displays are flashing for a short
moment.
 On the display appears the model name of the device.
2. By pressing the button "Mode" (Pos.06) you can chose the welding technique.
 2-stroke or 4-stroke manual (LED 1 or LED 2 lights up)
 2-stroke or 4-stroke program (Synergy) (LED 3+LED 1 or LED 2 lights up)

6.3.1 Manual welding mode

Standard settings:
1. By pressing the button „Mode" (Pos.04) you can choose the 2-stroke or 4-stroke mode.
2. With the stepping switch (Pos.02 – rough regulation) and (Pos.03 – fine adjustment) you
can set up the suitable welding current.
3. With the Potentiometer (Pos.10) you can set up the wire feed speed. The setting value is
shown on the right display. The unit [m/min] is shown the LED at the right display.
