Remark: When the circulator is already working and water needed to be added, touch "stop button" to pause
the working process, after water' s added, touch "start" button to continue cooking.
7. Touch the "stop" button for 2 seconds to shut off the circulator and disconnect the plug.
Hints on Use
1. Do not start the sous vide when the water level does not surpass the MIN line.
2. When dry heating happens, the temperature protector will cut the electricity automatically. In this case, let
the sous vide circulator cool down for some minutes and then press the reset button at the back of the unit,
the circulator will get back to normal again.
3. When the circulator starts to work, at the same time, the EO4 anti dry-heating program would work auto-
matically. When the water level is below MIN line, or the circulator is taken out of water, EO4 will appear on
screen, the circulator stops working automatically.
4. When the working temperature is below 70°C, the water circulation will work all the time. But if it is over
70°C, the water circulation will work intermittently.
5. This sous vide circulator is not suitable for cooking food directly, food should be packed in bags before put-
ting into the water bath.
6. If the bag breaks or leaks during cooking, please take it out, clean the water bath , check and make sure the
sous vide is not blocked then start again with newly packed food.
7. After using, please take the sous vide circulator out of the water bath and dry it.
8. There is a removable cover for cleaning the heaing tube in case needed.
9. Error code: E08 means NTC (temperature sensor ) fault.
