POTENTIAL CAUSE
ON/OFF switch not pressed.
Empty water tank.
Not enough water in tank.
New appliance.
Water dirty or not fresh.
Tank not positioned
correctly.
Not enough water in tank.
Appliance positioned
unevenly.
Gap between steam outlet
and water tank.
Too high water level in
nebulisation chamber,
caused by filling water
improperly.
No water in nebulisation
chamber, caused by dama-
ged water level sensor.
No water in nebulisation
chamber because water
tank is empty.
POTENTIAL RESOLUTION
Plug in appliance.
Press ON/OFF switch.
Fill tank with water.
Refill tank with water.
Remove tank cap and allow
open tank to stand in a cool
and dark place for approx.
12 hours.
Clean water tank, fill with
fresh tap water.
Correctly position tank on
the base.
Refill water in tank.
Place appliance on solid and
even ground.
Dip cover and outlet nozzle
in water and place it back on
the base.
Completely empty out nebu-
lisation chamber and reposi-
tion water tank.
Bring appliance to a SOLIS
service centre.
Completely fill water tank
with lukewarm water
(10 °C– 40 °C).
