Congratulations on choosing this high-quality
Please read the following use and care instructions before
the first use:
•
Remove any stickers. Wash the cookware in hot water
and dry thoroughly.
•
Lightly grease the nonstick coating with cooking fat or oil.
•
The best frying results are achieved at medium or low
heat. If necessary, only use the highest heat level at the
beginning; turn it down after a short time and finish coo-
king on medium.
•
Overheating can damage the nonstick seal, so you
should never heat the cookware without food in it. Failu-
re to do so can damage the pans or the heat source.
•
In the event of overheating, fat and oils like olive oil may
cause smoke. Always turn on the smoke extractor.
Be sure that sensitive animals, like canaries, do not in-
hale the smoke.
Nut oils and concentrated butter can withstand higher
temperatures than olive oil and margarine, for example.
•
Remove burned-on food as quickly as possible to avoid
reducing the nonstick effect. Soften stubborn food traces
in water and carefully remove them with a sponge or a
scrubbing brush. Do not use steel wool or abrasive clea-
ners with sand.
•
After cleaning, lightly coat the surface with cooking oil/
fat.
•
When working with the surface, do not use metal tools;
only use plastic or wood spatulas, scrapers and spoons.
Never cut food on the surface.
•
Scratches on the surface are only cosmetic, and will not
affect the nonstick coating. This does not constitute a
warranty claim.
•
The BEEM nonstick coatings are completely food-safe.
