Function
Used to plug in the supplied power cable. Only replace the fuse when
the device is disconnected from mains. Only use fuses of the same
rating and power. The correct fuse value is specified on the rear panel.
Turns the unit on and off. The power indicator lights up when the
unit is turned on.
Switches between 115 V and 230 V.
Balanced stereo XLR outputs carrying the master output signals
controlled by the individual main output level controls (36); for
connecting a power amplifier. Output 2 can be switched to mono.
Unbalanced RCA outputs carrying the same signal as outputs (4).
These controls allow limiting the maximum level at the outputs (4,
5, 8) in order to match the connected sound system. Adjustments
made on this control will not be displayed by the output level
meters (37, 40). Adjustments shall be made with a small screw
driver. Note that the total angle is 300 degrees; do not apply
excessive force with the screw driver.
In pressed position, the left and right outputs of the master 2 signal
are summed to deliver a mono signal. Useful for installations where
the connected speaker system does not allow stereo reproduction.
Balanced mono XLR output carrying the zone output signal
controlled by the zone output level control (39); for connecting a
further amplifier e.g. for the monitoring system or PA application in
a secondary room.
80Hz high-pass filter for zone 1 output. In pressed position, this
switch removes frequencies below 80Hz from the zone output,
helping to adapt to zone speaker systems with limited low-
frequency response (e.g. ceiling speakers).
Balanced mono XLR output carrying the low-frequency part of the
master 1 output signal. The relative volume between this low-
frequency signal and the full-band signal can be controlled by the
level control (11), while the absolute level is determined by the
master 1 output level setting (36). The roll-off frequency for the
subwoofer output can be adjusted via control (12).
Determines the relative level of the master 1 subwoofer output (10)
to the master 1 output (4).
Subwoofer roll-off frequency control. Sets the roll-off frequency of
the internal active crossover. The upper roll-off point of the
frequency band can be adjusted from 30 Hz to 200 Hz.
Depending on the setting of controls (24), (42) and (44), a signal
either consisting of the microphone effects path (determined by
controls (24)) or the master bus signal is available at the SEND
connector at a level set by effects send level control (42). This
signal can be processed by an external effects processor and then
be fed back into the master bus via the RETURN connector, with
the return level set by the effects return level control (43).
Unbalanced stereo RCA output carrying the master bus signal
independent of the master level controls (36).
These RCA connectors provide inputs for line-level signals to the
assigned channels.
These RCA connectors provide inputs for phono-level signals with
RIAA equalization to the assigned channels. The sensitivity can be
switched to line level by means of the switches (17).
Sets the sensitivity of the phono inputs (16) to phono with RIAA
equalization (pressed) or line level (released).
