A blinking battery display indicates the fol-
lowing faults. The time sequence of the
blinking segments indicates the type of
fault.

Errors shown by the battery indicator
Remedy
Insert filter bag (option).
Turn the locking device into a horizontal position.
Check if a polishing pad is inserted.
Check the condition of the polishing pad.
Insert the battery plug on the device.
Swivel the top of the appliance down and close the lock.
Release emergency-stop button by turning.
Check battery cable for correct sitting.
Check battery cable for corrosion; clean, if required.
Battery capacity exhausted; recharge battery.
Remove the power plug from the charger and hook the holder into the appliance.
Release the accelerator, turn key switch to "0", turn key switch to "1", actuate accelerator.Operator
Reset fuse of control system.
Set the unlock lever to "drive".
Charge battery.
Motor or control overheated; switch off the appliance and let it cool down for 5 minutes. Operator
Remove obstacles from the wheels or push the appliance away from the obstacle.
Parking brake deactivated, push the release lever upwards to activate it.
Replace filter bag (option).
Charge battery.
See "Faults with display".
Clean, turn around or replace the polishing pad.
Use a polishing pad that is suitable for the application.
Charge battery.
Reset fuse of brush drive.
Charge battery.
Reset fuse of control system.
Remedy
Check battery cable, charge battery.
Inform Customer Service
Charge battery.

Remove the power plug from the charger and hook the holder
into the appliance.
Release the drive pedal prior to turning on the appliance.
Inform Customer Service
Check the terminals on the batteries.
Turn the main switch to "0" and turn it back to "1".
