5.7. Reference as to which spare parts can be exchanged by the customer
Within the determined use of the tool only the dies (Pos.-no. 7) and the oil are permitted to be
changed by the customer.

Attention
Do not damage the seals of the tool.
6. Troubleshooting
a.)
The dies (Pos.-no. 10) came to a standstill during the crimping action.
=> Check oil level. If the malfunction can't be eliminated the tool has to be returned
to the manufacturer.
b.)
The tool loses oil.
=> Return the tool to the manufacturer. Do not open the tool and damage the seal of
the tool.
c.)
The crimping tool doesn't reach the final operating pressure.
=> Stop the crimping process. Point the crimping head to the floor and actuate the
pump handle continuously. Then press the retract lever (Pos.-no. 4) and repeat this
procedure. Will the malfunction not be resolved by this action the tool has to be
returned to the manufacturer.
