Automatic measuring range change
If the measured value increases beyond the
maximum value of the low measuring range
(>200 V/m), the device automatically switches to
the higher range.
Overrange (>2 kV/m)
If the maximum value of the high measuring range
(2 kV/m) is exceeded, an overrange indication is
given on the display: – – – –

5.2.2. Measuring H-fields

First the meter is switched on and the display test
performed as described under 5.2.1. The device is
in the E-field measuring mode.
To change to H-field measurement, press the "E/H"
button until the units indicator changes from "V/m"
to "µT" (approx. 2 sec.).
The device is then in the default measuring range
for the H-field measurement, i.e. in the measuring
range 0 to 200 µT (can be seen from the decimal
point in front of the last digit on the display).
Hold the separate sensor near the suspected
source of interference and at the same time watch
the bar graph indicator on the display. This indicates
