9. Start coating the desired food by carefully placing it into the heating bowl

10. If there is no longer sufficient chocolate flowing from the cascade element

described in the "CLEANING, CARE AND STORAGE section. Cleaning is easier when the
chocolate is still lukewarm.

If the chocolate becomes too viscous, switch the rotary knob

You can also flavour the chocolate by adding e.g. small amounts of cherry juice or fruit schnapps,
as described in step 2 of the "SELECTING AND PREPARING THE CHOCOLATE" section. The
flavours added to the chocolate must be liquid and at least the same temperature as the melted
chocolate!

CLEANING, CARE AND STORAGE

ATTENTION! Never use alcohol, acetone, benzene or
any other aggressive cleaning agents to clean the
plastic components. Do not use hard brushes or metal
objects. Clean the heating bowl

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK AND INJURY! Before the
appliance is cleaned and/or stored, it must not be
switched on or connected to the mains electricity and
must be completely emptied!
Never dispose of melted chocolate via wastewater pipes
(such as a WC or sink). The melted chocolate can cool
down very quickly and block the pipes.
The appliance is maintenance-free.
1. Make sure you have read the safety instructions before cleaning.
2. Unplug the appliance from the mains socket.
3. Remove the cascade element
its individual parts. It is now possible to clean these parts like normal crockery.

5. Start to clean the appliance by hand using a cloth to remove the remaining chocolate from the heating
. We recommend using "Alouette Kitchen Towel" for this purpose.
