The Xpole uses several kinds of dumps and can recognize several requests, the kind
of message is depending on 'TYP'
TYP = 00h : current dump
01h : program bulk dump
08h : global parameter dump
48h : request all
49h : request current
4Ah : request global parameter
4Bh : request device ID
4Ch : request tuning
depending of the message type, the datafield contains the data which is related to the
message.
