Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Spaß mit Ihrem neuen
img STAGE LINE-Gerät. Dabei soll Ihnen diese
Bedienungsanleitung helfen, alle Funktionsmöglich-
keiten kennenzulernen. Die Beachtung der Anleitung
vermeidet außerdem Fehlbedienungen und schützt
Sie und Ihr Gerät vor eventuellen Schäden durch un-
sachgemäßen Gebrauch.
2 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Diese Aktiv-Lautsprecherbox in praktischer Koffer-
form ist ideal zur einfachen Beschallung, als Musi-
kerbox und Bühnenmonitor einsetzbar. Die Aktiv-Box
ist als Baßreflexsystem mit 2 parallelgeschalteten,
leistungsstarken Baß-/Mitteltontreibern und ge-
schütztem Kalottenhochtöner ausgelegt.
Über die zwei Eingänge Line (XLR symmetrisch,
Cinch asymmetrisch) und Mikrofon (6,3 mm-Klinken-
buchse asymmetrisch), jeweils mit eigenem Laut-
stärkeregler zur Mischung, wird der integrierte Lei-
stungsverstärker angesteuert. Zum Betrieb weiterer
Aktivboxen besteht die Möglichkeit, das Line-Ein-
gangssignal über parallelgeschaltete Zusatzbuch-
sen durchzuschleifen. Außerdem kann über zwei
weitere Cinchbuchsen das Mischsignal mit Line-
Pegel abgenommen werden.
1 Before you switch on ...
We wish you much pleasure with your new
img STAGE LINE unit. With these operating instruc-
tions you will be able to get to know all functions of
the unit. By following these instructions false opera-
tions will be avoided, and possible damage to you
and your unit due to improper use will be prevented.
2 Applications
This speaker system with amplifier module in a prac-
tical suitcase form can ideally be used for simple PA
purposes, as a speaker system for musicians or
stage monitor. The active speaker system is de-
signed as a bass reflex system with 2 efficient
bass/midrange drivers connected in parallel and a
protected dome tweeter.
Via the two inputs Line (XLR balanced, cinch
unbalanced) and microphone (

each with a volume control for mixing, the integrated
power amplifier is driven. For the operation of further
active speaker systems there is the facility of feeding
through the line input signal via additional jacks
connected in parallel. Besides the mixed signal can
be taken off with line level via two further cinch jacks.
3 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefährlicher Netzspan-
nung (230 V~) versorgt. Nehmen Sie deshalb nie-
mals selbst Eingriffe im Gerät vor. Durch unsach-
gemäßes Vorgehen besteht die Gefahr eines elek-
trischen Schlages. Außerdem erlischt beim Öffnen
des Gerätes jeglicher Garantieanspruch.
Beachten Sie für den Betrieb auch unbedingt die fol-
genden Punkte:

Das Gerät ist nur zur Verwendung in Räumen
geeignet.
•
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit und
Hitze.
•
Das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen und sofort den
Netzstecker ziehen, wenn:
1. sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder an der Netz-
anschlußleitung vorhanden sind,
2. nach einem Sturz oder ähnlichem der Verdacht
auf einen Defekt besteht,
3. Funktionsstörungen auftreten.
Das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Reparatur in eine
Fachwerkstatt geben.

Eine beschädigte Netzanschlußleitung darf nur
durch den Hersteller oder eine autorisierte Fach-
werkstatt ersetzt werden.
3 Safety Notes
This unit uses lethally high voltage (230 V~). To
prevent a shock hazard do not open the cabinet.
Leave servicing to authorized skilled personnel
only. Besides any guarantee claim expires if the
unit has been opened.
For the operation also watch in any case the follow-
ing items:
•
The unit is only suitable for indoor use.
•
Avoid excessively warm locations for the unit or
high humidity.
•
Do not set the unit into operation and immediately
take the mains plug out of the mains socket if:
1. damage at the unit or mains cable can be seen.
2. a defect might have occurred after a drop or
similar accident.
3. there are malfunctions.

A damaged mains cable must only be repaired by
the manufacturer or authorized skilled personnel.
•
Never pull the mains plug out of the mains socket
by means of the mains cable.

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in ac-
cordance with the following code:
blue = neutral
brown = live
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the coloured
markings identifying the terminals in your plug,
proceed as follows:
1. The wire which is coloured blue must be con-
nected to the terminal in the plug which is marked
with the letter N or coloured black.
2. The wire which is coloured brown must be con-
nected to the terminal which is marked with the let-
ter L or coloured red.
