6 Installation and initialisation

6.1 Safety

Installation and initialisation
Refer to declaration of incorporation or declaration of conformity in
accordance with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC.
Initialisation is to be recorded.
Immediately stop the machine if values are identified
beyond the performance limits and contact the manu-
facturer.
More commissioning have to be execute according to
the initialisation.
The torque levels in accordance of VDI 2230 Oct- 2001 (acc.
Appendix).
WARNING!
Danger of injury due to incorrect screw torques!
– Always comply with the torque specifications.
– Never exceed the maximum authorised screw
torque.
– Regularly check the screw torque levels.
– Always observe the relevant directives and design
criteria for screw connections.

Danger of death due to unauthorised switch-on!
