Clean the working area and remove any escaped substances
such as fluids, processing materials or similar.

Make sure that all safety equipment on the machine is in perfect
working order.
CAUTION!
The electrical connection may only be carried out by an
electrician in accordance with the electro-technical regu-
lations (VDE). Refer to chapter and
"Spare parts" on page 46.
Replacing the motor (see fig. 6)

Ventilator auf feste Unterlage mit Schutzgitter nach oben legen.
Schrauben an Schutzgitter lösen und Schutzgitter abnehmen.

Düse inklusive Motor und Laufrad herausheben.
n
Laufrad wie in Kapitel 8 beschrieben demontieren.
n
Motorbefestigungsschrauben von Düse lösen und Motor heraus-
nehmen.

Der Motoreinbau wird in den selben Schritten in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge durchgeführt. Dabei ist adarauf zu achten, dass die
Anzugsmomente der Schrauben auf der Berechnungsgrund-
lagen der VDI 2230 Okt-2001 (siehe Anhang) basieren.

Put fan on a firm grund with wire guard on top.

Loosen the screws and remove the wire guard.
n
Remove inlet cone including motor and impeller.
n
Dissamble impller as described in chapter 8.
n
Loosen the screws at the motor an remove motor.

Pay attention to the motor manufacturer's operating manual and
comply with all safety regulations!

Assembling the motor with the same steps in reversed order. Pay
attention: tightening screws, adhere to the following tightening
torque values based on VDI 2230 Oct. 2001
