Connecting
Push the nipple of your compressed air hose into the
quick coupling, the sleeve automatically springs for-
wards.
8.3
Cutting off
Pull the sleeve back and remove the hose.
8.4
Connecting accessories
Connect the accessory by connecting the quick cou-
pling of the supply hose to the plug-in nipple on the
accessory. The locking mechanism is automatic.
m WARNING
When loosening the hose coupling, hold the coupling
piece of the hose firmly by hand to avoid injury from the
hose springing back.
The compressed air hose is also equipped with a
quick-release coupling with which the accessories can
be connected as described above.
8.5
Using the tyre pressure gauge
m NOTE
The compressed air required to inflate the tyre must
be oil-free. No oiler may be connected upstream of the
product. It is best to use a separate compressed air
hose only for working with the tyre pressure gauge, as
there may still be oil residue in other compressed air
hoses.
9.
Operation
9.1
Tyre pressure gauge (2)
The tyre pressure gauge fulfils three functions:
1.
Measuring
2.
Inflating
3.
Releasing air.
9.1.1 Measuring
1.
Place the valve plug connection (2e) on the tyre
valve. To do this, press the lever down to unlock
the clamping mechanism. As soon as you release
the lever, the plug clamps onto the valve.
2.
Read the pressure present on the pressure gauge
(2a). The scale for bar is on the outer edge of the
gauge (1 bar = 100 kPa). The scale for psi is on the
inner edge of the gauge.

9.1.2 Filling
1.
Connect the quick coupling connection (2c) of the
tyre pressure gauge (2) to a compressed air line.
2.
Place the valve plug connection (2e) on the tyre
valve.
3.
Press the trigger (2d). Compressed air flows into
the tyre. At the moment of inflation, the pressure
gauge (2a) indicates a pressure slightly above the
actual tyre pressure. As soon as you release the
trigger (2d), you can read the actual tyre pressure
on the pressure gauge (2a).
9.1.3 Releasing air
1.
If the tyre pressure is too high, press the air release
button (2b) and slowly release the compressed air.
Lower the tyre pressure to the desired value.
9.2
Air blow gun (1)
1.
The air blow gun (1) is equipped with a quick cou-
pling connection (1b). Connect the air compressor
to the air blow gun (1) via the quick coupling con-
nection.
2.
Put the compressed air generator into operation.
3.
Press the trigger (1a) to start the air supply. The
further the trigger (1a) is pressed in, the stronger
the air jet becomes.
4.
Release the trigger (1a) to stop the air supply.
5.
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air gen-
erator after completing your work.
10. Maintenance and cleaning
m CAUTION
Always disconnect the product from the compressed
air supply before cleaning it.
• Conscientious lubrication and maintenance are
essential to ensure flawless functioning and a long
service life.
• Clean air is required to operate pneumatic tools.
Corrosion residue, dust and dirt from the supply line
impair performance and cause technical problems.
• Clean the products and accessories with a damp
cloth if necessary.
• Do not use chemical cleaning agents containing ag-
gressive substances such as petrol, thinners, etc.,
as they can attack the plastic.
• Do not allow any liquids to enter the compressed
air supply of the tools and do not immerse them in
liquids.
