Hinweis:
Alle Leitungen müssen für den Außenbereich tauglich sein und
gegen mechanische Verletzungen mit Kabelkanälen oder Roh-
ren geschützt verlegt werden.
Wir empfehlen die Leitung Nr. 9 in einem Rohr zu verlegen da-
mit diese bei einem Defekt ausgewechselt werden kann.
7.2 Montage der Steuerung
Das Steuerungsgehäuse an geeigneter Stelle, in der Nähe
eines Antriebes montieren.
Hinweis: Nach Möglichkeit sollte das Steuerungsgehäuse durch
eine Abdeckung gegen Witterungseinflüsse geschützt werden.
7.3 Installations-Mode
Vorsicht:
Im Installations-Mode werden die Antriebe mit maximaler Kraft
betrieben, solange Sie mit den Fingern die entsprechenden Ta-
sten „OPEN" und „CLOSE" (Seite 12 pos. 31 u. 32) betätigen.
Die Steuerung erkennt auch keine Endposition der Antriebe.
Bei Schäden, die durch den Installations Mode verursacht
werden, wird keine Haftung des Herstellers übernommen!
Im Installations-Mode ist es möglich, die Antriebseinheiten ma-
nuell zu verstellen, damit die mechanische Installation an den
Torsäulen und am Tor einfach durchzuführen ist. Um in den In-
stallatios-Mode zu gelangen wird wie folgt vorgegangen:
Strom einschalten.
Die Lerntaste drücken und gedrückt halten.
Auf die RESET-Taste drücken bis LED leuchtet.
Tasten loslassen
Mit den Tasten „OPEN" und „CLOSE" kann der Antrieb in die
gewünschte Position gebracht werden. Die Umschaltung Mo-
tor 1 und Motor 2 wird durch kurzes Drücken der Lerntaste
durchgeführt.
Durch langes Drücken der Lerntaste wird der Installations-
Mode verlassen und automatisch der Lernvorgang für die
Endpositionen aktiviert.
Anschließend muß immer der Lernvorgang Punkt 12.
durchgeführt werden, oder Sie schalten den Strom ab.
Sobald Sie den Strom wieder einschalten, wird der
Lernvorgang automatisch wieder aktiviert.
N.B.:
All power leads must be suited for outdoor use and be protected
from mechanical damage by being routed with cable conduits or
pipes.
We recommend routing power lead no. 9 in a pipe so that it can
be replaced if defective.
7.2 Mounting the controller
Mount the controller housing in a suitable location in the vicinity
of the drive.
N.B.: If possible, shield the controller housing with a covering to
protect it from the elements.
7.3 Installation mode
Important:
In installation mode, the drives are operated at maximum power
as long as you press the „OPEN" and „CLOSE" buttons (page
12, Item 31 and 32) with your fingers. Do note that the controller
does not automatically detect the end position of the drives.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for damage
caused by using the installation mode!
In installation mode it is possible to manually adjust the drive
units so that mechanical installation on the door/gate pillars and
on the door/gate are easy to carry out. Proceed as follows to
enter the installation mode:
Switch on the power.
Press and hold the teach-in button.
Press the RESET button until the LED flashes.
Release the buttons.
The drive can be moved to the desired position using the
„OPEN" and „CLOSE" buttons. Switching from motor 1 to
motor 2 is done by briefly pressing the teach-in button.
Pressing the teach-in button for an extended time exits the
installation mode and automatically activates the teach-in
process for the end positions.
Finally, the teach-in process as described under point
12 must always be carried out, or you must switch off
the power. The teach-in process is automatically reac-
tivated as soon as you switch the power back on.
