    GUARANTEE PERIOD AND AREA COVERED NEC Projectors are covered by a limited guarantee for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase (the "Guarantee Period"). The guarantee period is related to products purchased within the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland.

    Informationen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler oder den zuständigen NEC-Kundenservice. NEC oder seine Vertreter holen den Projektor beim Kunden ab und ersetzen das Gerät in der Regel im Laufe des nächsten Werktages durch einen anderen wieder hergestellten Projektors, eines ähnlichen oder (wenn möglich) des gleichen Modells und von gleicher Beschaffenheit.

    Nutzung des Produkts, die 8 Stunden pro Tag und 240 Tage pro Jahr nicht überschreitet. Sollte einer der oben (Absatz 1 – 6) beschriebenen Punkte zutreffen, behält sich NEC das Recht vor alle entstandenen Kosten dem Kunden anzulasten.

    6. Der Kunde sollte seine Reparaturfreigabenummer bei weiteren Anfragen an NEC, die in Zusammenhang mit der Garantiereparaturforderung stehen, angeben. 7.     6. Ogniqualvolta contatterà la NEC in riferimento a questo reclamo coperto dalla Garanzia, il Cliente dovrà citare il suo numero AFR. 7. Se il cliente fa un reclamo non coperto dalle condizioni riportate nella presente garanzia, la NEC si riserva il diritto di emettere fattura al cliente in relazione ai costi sostenuti.

    8 horas al día y 240 días al año. Si se da alguno de los casos anteriores (secciones de la 1 a la 6), NEC se reserva el derecho de cobrar los costes del servicio al cliente.

NEC eller dess ombud hämtar projektorn hos Kunden och byter ut den mot en annan likvärdig eller, om möjligt, likadan projektor i samma modell och skick, normalt nästa arbetsdag efter felanmälan.
  • Seite 18 6. Användning av produkten som överstiger normala bruksförhållanden. Normala bruksförhållanden innebär att användningen inte överstiger 8 timmar per dag och 240 dagar per år. Om något av ovanstående (avsnitt 1 till 6) skulle vara tillämpligt förbehåller NEC sig rätten att ställa ersättningsanspråk gentemot Kunden.
  • Seite 19 5. Vid ankomst till Kunden byter eller hämtar NEC eller dess ombud den defekta projektorn. 6. Kunden skall uppge AFR-nummer vid all korrespondens med NEC som rör detta garantiåberopande. 7. Om en kund skulle ansöka om garanti som inte täcks av garantins villkor, har NEC rätt att fakturera kunden för ansökningens kostnader.
