Operation

When the CAPIX system has been completely installed it can be put into operation within the permitted
ambient temperature range of –30° C to +50° C by switching on the individual components. The storage
temperature must be between –30°C and +70° C otherwise the mechanical stability of the materials cannot be
guaranteed.
SCU's are controlled exclusively via the VCU MASTER 1800 (Art. no. 42177819) or VCU SLAVE 1800 (Art.
no. 42177820) on the basis of a proprietary signal.
Cleaning
Only mild cleaning agents may be used. The transparent parts may only be cleaned with soft cloths because
the material is very easily scratched. Please note: According to the IP65 definition high-pressure
cleaners must not be used.
