An der Unterseite muss der Standfuß mit einem zertifizierten Gehäuse verbunden werden, das eine Schutzart von mindestens IP54 nach EN 60079-7 für Gas und nichtleitenden Staub bzw. IP6X nach EN 60079-31 für leitfähigen Staub bietet, wobei die Umgebungsbedingungen, unter denen das Gerät verwendet wird, zu berücksichtigen sind.
