4 Rules/Operators

4.1 Proper use

The lifting column RKPowerlift Start-Stop/Extern is intended exclusively for height adjustment of
connecting constructions (e.g. table frames) and other similar adjustment tasks in closed rooms.
In addition, the lifting column is used to adjust and position machine elements in accordance with the
technical data on the type plate.
Catalogue information, the contents of these assembly instructions and conditions laid down in the
order are to be taken into account.
The intended use also implies observance of all the instructions contained in this manual.

4.2 Reasonably predictable improper use

Any other application or use going beyond the intended use is considered to be an improper use.

4.3 Who can use, install and operate this lifting column

Individuals who have read and understood the installation instructions completely can use, install and
operate this lifting column. Responsibilities for handling this lifting column must be clearly laid down
and obeyed.
