PHRK Headrest with Multi-Axis Mounting Hardware
The PHRK headrest with mulit-axis mounting hardware provides users with a high
level of adjustablity combined with exceptional comfort and stability. The fully
adjustable pivoting hardware allows a wide range of headrest adjustment for the
end user. Please refer to the Installation Instructions provided (p.2) to complete the
installation of the PHRK headrest.
