Preliminary information
The exercise equipment has been designed in accordance with safety regulations. Before assembling or using the equipment, please read the
entire manual carefully. Always exercise caution when using sports equipment.
Precautions
1.
Children and animals should not be near the equipment. Never leave children unattended in the presence of sports
equipment.
2.
The equipment is designed for use by one person at a time.
3.
If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or other worrying symptoms, stop training immediately and consult a doctor.
4.
The product is intended for home use only – it is not suitable for commercial use.
5.
Check the technical condition of the device before each use. Do not use weights with damaged components.
6.
Regularly inspect and test the braking mechanism.
7.
Do not drop the equipment onto the floor – this may cause damage to the equipment or personal injury.
8.
Do not attempt to disassemble or modify any part of the equipment.
9.
Warm up and stretch before exercising.
10. Do not use the equipment if you notice any malfunctions.
11. It is recommended that you exercise in the presence of an accompanying person.
CAUTION: Consult your doctor before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are over 35 years of age or have chronic health problems.

User manual – STC 55 set
The set allows you to train with four types of accessories:
1.
Dumbbells
a)
Remove the short rubberised handles from the case.
b)
Place the plates symmetrically on both sides of the threaded parts.
c)
Place the heaviest plates closer to the centre and the lighter ones closer to the ends.
d)
Attach the clamps to the outer sides and tighten them securely with the wing screw.
2.
Medium straight barbell
a)
Remove the two rubberised handles and the threaded connector from the case.
b)
Connect the handles by tightening them firmly to the connector.
c)
Screw the Allen screw clamps into the connector holes on both sides.
d)
Apply the plates symmetrically – from the heaviest to the lightest.
e)
Attach and tighten the wing nuts securely.
3.
Straight barbell
a)
Remove the two parts of the barbell with knurled handles and the appropriate connector from the case.
b)
Connect both parts, tightening them firmly to the connector.
c)
Screw the Allen threaded clamps into the connector holes on both sides.
d)
Place the plates symmetrically – from the heaviest to the lightest.
e)
Attach and tighten the clamps securely.
4.
Long adjustable barbell
a)
Remove the two parts of the adjustable barbell, the short screw and the Allen key from the case.
b)
Connect the handles, tightening the screw firmly with the Allen key.
c)
Screw the Allen threaded clamps into the connector holes on both sides.
d)
Place the plates symmetrically – from the heaviest to the lightest.
e)
Attach and tighten the clamps securely.
