No bicycle is meant to last forever and no claim will be accepted if it is based on damage caused by
improper use, competition, stunts, jumping or other similar activities. Claims must be submitted
through your reseller. Your rights are not affected.

Your bicycle has been carefully designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of
the European standard EN 15194.
It is forbidden to modify or tamper with the manual supplied with the bike.
The bike is certified according to the standards of the law in force.
It is absolutely forbidden to modify the parameters and specifications of the assembled
electrical/mechanical components and the standard functions of the bicycle as this would
compromise the proper functioning of the vehicle and the safety of the user himself.
In the event that this occurs, the user will be fully liable for any related damages.
