10. PROBLEM SOLVING

1. Difficulty in assembling components:
Problem: Parts do not fit correctly or do not fit according to instructions.
Solution: Make sure you are using the correct parts according to the instructions. If the problem persists,
check the illustrations in the manual and make sure all parts are oriented correctly. If you still cannot as-
semble the chair, contact customer service.
2. Wheels not turning properly:
Problem: Wheels are blocked or do not turn smoothly.
Solution: Inspect wheels for obstructions such as hair, dirt or debris. Clean the wheels and lubricate the
axles as necessary. Make sure the brakes are not applied while attempting to move the wheelchair.
3. Brakes not working:
Problem: Brakes do not engage or hold the wheelchair in place.
Solution: Check the condition of the wheels and brakes, making sure they are in perfect condition. Clean
off any dirt that may be preventing the brakes from working. If the brakes are worn, consider replacing
them.
4. Footrests and armrests loose:
Problem: Footrests and armrests are loose or not held in position.
Solution: Ensure that the footrests and armrests are correctly installed and tightened. Tighten any loose
screws or bolts. If the part still does not work properly, consult the manufacturer for replacement parts.
5. Damaged seat or backrest:
Problem: The seat or backrest shows signs of wear or damage.
Solution: Regularly inspect the seat and backrest for damage. If significant damage is found, discontinue
use of the chair until the seat or backrest has been repaired or replaced. Contact the manufacturer for re-
