6. INDICATIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
INDICATIONS
This product is intended for use as an assistive bathing device for persons with reduced mobility. It is not
designed for other purposes, such as use outside the home environment or as a transport device.
This bath wheelchair is suitable for people with disabilities:
•
Restricted or limited mobility (e.g. legs and/or hips).
•
Problems with balance when standing or walking.
•
The weight of which does not exceed 220,46 lb.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
•
Users with open wounds, ulcers or infections on areas of the body that will come into contact with the
chair, which could worsen the condition (Consult a professional).
•
Patients whose weight exceeds the maximum capacity of the chair, which could compromise the
structure and safety of the device.
•
People who cannot sit upright on their own and cannot be safely secured in the chair, which increases
the risk of falls.
•
Users with severe respiratory problems that may worsen in a humid or enclosed environment such as
a bathroom (consult a medical professional).
•
Situations where the wheelchair could be used incorrectly, such as use on unsuitable or dangerous
surfaces outside the bathing environment for which it was designed.
7. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Remove all the pieces from the box and place them on a flat surface where they are all in view
•

A backup.
•
Two side armrest frames with castors.
•
One seat.
•
A footrest.
•
A sanitary urinal bucket.
•
A potty bucket holder.
•
Two curved aluminium bars connecting the armrest structures.
