6.5.2 Power adapter
» Connect the power adapter (P) to a suitable power outlet.
» Connect the power adapter (P) plug to the 9V power socket
(I) (Fig. 4 & 5).
NOTICE Use only the power adapter provided with this
instrument. The use of a different type of adapter may result
in product damage and/or risk of fire.

6.5.3 Connecting headphones
1� Depress the on/off button (A) to the off position.
2� Connect provided headphones (N) to the 3.5 mm (1/8")
PHONES/OUTPUT jack socket (J) (Fig. 8).
3� Use 6.5 mm (1/4") to 3.5 mm (1/8") adapter (not included) if
needed.
CAUTION
Hearing damage risk!
» Turn down the volume before connecting the headphones.
» To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high
volume levels for long periods.

6.6 Connecting microphone
NOTICE The connected microphone should be an electret
type�
1� Depress the on/off button (A) to the off position.
2� Connect a microphone (not included) into the 3.5 mm (1/8")
MIC jack socket (K).
3� Sing along while you play.
4� Use 6.5 mm (1/4") to 3.5 mm (1/8") adapter (not included) if
needed.

NOTICE To avoid feedback, do not point the microphone
directly at the keyboard speakers (G).
6.7 Installing the music stand
Music stand (O) is included for holding music scores. Attach the
music stand (O) to the instrument by inserting it into the music
stand slot (E).
