Placement and Connection:
- Plug the Withings U-Scan Station in a dry place and ensure
the surrounding environment remains dry.
- Do not immerse the Withings U-Scan Station in water.
Ensure that the USB-C port and base remain dry during filling
and usage.
Before Plugging in the Withings U-Scan Station:
- Check that no water is present in the USB-C port.
- Inspect the device for cracks, scratches, or signs of deteri-
oration . If damaged, do not use the station.
Using the Withings U-Scan Station:
- Monitor the temperature: Use the Withings U-Scan Station
in a room with an ambient temperature of 0-30°C.
- Charging issues: If the Withings U-Scan Reader does not
charge properly, remove it from the station, check for water
ingress, and ensure it is properly closed. If no moisture is
detected, unplug and replug the Withings U-Scan Station,
then reinsert the Withings U-Scan Reader.
- Unplug after use: Always disconnect the Withings U-Scan
Station from the power source after use.
Safety Notice:
- Do not open or disassemble the Withings U-Scan Station.
Attempting to do so may compromise functionality and pose
safety risks.
- If charging is still not available, you can remove the plastic
cover next to the button on the inside of the product and
connect your USB-C cable directly to your product - only
if there are no signs of moisture and no alerts have been
received.
- In case of issues, contact customer support.
- Failure to follow these recommendations may compromise
the functionality of the Withings U-Scan Reader and Station.
