Solution
The device is out of range from the Wi-Fi source.
Please get your smartphone and device closer to
your Wi-Fi source. The Wi-Fi source. You can also
restart the Wi-Fi setup in the app if the problem
persists.
You also can follow the tutorial on changing toilets
from the app settings to review the tutorial on
selecting the arm.
Smartphone is out of range. Please bring your
smartphone closer to your device. Smartphone's
Bluetooth is OFF. Please switch your smartphone's
Bluetooth ON. If the problem persists, you can
forget the device from your app and perform a
20-second reset, but please note that this should
only be used as a last resort, as you will need to
reinstall your product.
Your results may vary depending on the medication,
food, or activities you take. See the list of inter-
ferences that can affect the results in the manual
guide of your cartridge.
Make sure to urinate on the device. You can find
more advices on the Help Center article.
If Automatic recognition always fails, you might
prefer using manual measurement.
You can launch a manual measurement or wait
until your testing window is open. Your test will be
automatically rescheduled.

communication is encrypted through an exchange
of a paired key and established between the
device and the Withings Application for BLE and
