The frequency of Withings U-Scan Cartridge
deliveries will match the measurement frequency
selected at the time of purchase. We recommend
following the measurement plan provided in the
Withings App. However, you will still have the
flexibility to launch manual measurements outside
of the prescribed plan.
There are two ways to launch a measurement
with the Withings U-Scan System: automatic and
manual, via the application.
You will receive results within a maximum of 20
minutes after sample collection.

Using the automatic measurement -

Available soon
Automatic Measurement is a feature making
measurements super easy to take. Based on spe-
cific parameters you will be taught on the app, the
reader will automatically detect your urine when
you are the one urinating on the product.
When you choose the automatic measurement
option, the Withings U-Scan Reader will activate
to receive a sample based on the measurement
windows selected in the App. This mode can be
activated either at the end of the Cartridge
installation process or in the device settings in the
Withings App.
Please note that U-Scan samples will only be col-
lected during the selected measurement windows.
Be aware of these windows before using the toilet
to ensure successful sample collection. If you are
unsure, check the Withings App for measurement
window details.

Launching a manual measurement via the
application
We recommend performing Withings U-Scan
Reader measurements within the designated
measurement windows of your plan, but you can
also launch a manual measurement at any time.
Please note the scheduling rules outlined in your
Measurement Plan in the Withings App.
To manually launch a measurement, follow these
steps:
1. Open the Withings App.
2. Tap your U-Scan Mission card on the Home tab.
3. Select "Launch Measurement." Keep your mo-
bile device close to the Withings U-Scan Reader
during the process.
4. Once the Withings U-Scan Reader is detected
via Bluetooth, proceed to urinate.
5. The device will collect a test sample within a
maximum window of 2 minutes. The status light
will blink green while waiting for the sample and
turn solid green once collection is successful.
