NOTE
It is recommended not to go into the sauna with the radio
controlled watch, as the temperature differences could
cause condensation to form and damage the clockwork.
• When swimming or under a jet of water (e.g. when
showering or washing hands) pressure peaks can
occur. The watch is subjected to significantly more
stress in the affected areas than the immersion
depth suggests.
• It is only possible to speak of a water resistant watch
from the 5 bar classification (showering possible).
• From the classification 10 bar, a watch can also
be used while swimming. Water resistance is
not a permanent property, as the built-in sealing
